About: My name is Chris Sine I came from a small town in Ontario were I spent the first 19 years of my life. I found the love for bodybuilding when I was around 13 yrs old. Joined the Canadian Air Force and Spent 11 yrs in service, was injured and honorable release. But the drive for bodybuilding has never left. Nothing works forever. If you stick to the same routine month after month, your body becomes use to it so your body adapts and anticipates that workout, no matter how intense you workout may be. The end result: your progress will stop. To avoid this switch your routine every 4 – 6 weeks.
