While doing any type of seated machine chest press, adjust the seat to make sure your forearms are perpendicular to the bench, not necessarily parallel to the floor. This will allow you to fully engage your pectoral muscles in moving the weight. Better form, better results.

One of the biggest reasons for failure is that we try to focuses to hard on what we eat and how many calories we are consuming. Don’t, take a cheat day, go out for some junk food, eat what ever you want on that day. It will help keep your moral up and on day a week will not kill you to let loose. In the end it will help you focuses and keep your mental health in check as well, we never want to make our selves depressed or stressed over what we eat. Its a change in life style that we are trying to accomplish, not a short term fix.
