About Chris Sine

chrisWelcome. My name is Chris Sine, creator of the No BS Fitness For life program.

Growing up in a small town in Ontario, I found my passion for body building around the age of 13. 13

I read books, magazines, articles, anything I had access to so I could learn from the professionals, portraying them as Gods in their industry! With low self esteem, being scrawny, getting picked on, I was your typical outcast. So I pursued my dream of becoming a professional body builder and take part in competitions. I made a commitment to myself and the process began.

I was fortunate enough to meet my mom’s friend who was knowledgeable in the industry and took me under his wing and began giving me some advice. But training alone isn’t always fun my buddy and I started training together and supported each other through the years.

Amet the age of 19, I joined the Canadian Air force which I pursued for 11 years. I continued my training throughout my stay in Germany and pushed through an injury so I could attain my dream of competing in the IFFB where I placed 6thchris-s1 During that time I got married. moved back to Canada, and we had the joy of my life, my son Cody. But not all was well. Due to that injury that occurred while I was in service, I was given an honorable discharge. I was so committed to the Air Force that I quickly found myself lost. It was my life! Finding myself having difficulty moving forward, I dug down deep inside to keep standing strong and believing. Believing that now was time for change. So I made a choice.

I went back to school and completed my accounting program. Adding a few computer, marketing and business courses so I could be prepared for the “business” world. Still, there was something missing. Within a short period of time I found myself divorced, depressed and even less determined than ever. I had a degree, but I was still wounded and alone so I had to take any job that I could to survive. I often visualized how I was before; a fit, lean soldier out there serving my country and now this lost, lonely man. But again, I made a choice and several years later, I was able to move on with life. Working out again and feeling good about myself. Life was good!

In December 2004, I was in a car accident involving a drunk driver. With an extensive injury, I found myself once again slowly drifting into a depression. I lost my drive, I was no longer able to do the things that I loved let alone train and work out. I had become so proud of what I had accomplished, the physique I had built and here I was once again, needing to find the strength to move on.

That’s when I met Tanya, the most beautiful woman on the planet and my wife. She has been the support system that my life was missing. She has been beside me through thick and thin and loves for who I am. Seeing the potential that I have, she convinced me to start training again. I’m back and moving forward with leaps and bounds.

Which leads me back to the beginning why I created this website. This time I thought I would share what I have learned. Supporting you in getting what you want and get the motivation to get up and succeed and KEEP succeeding! Together we can make our goals become reality!
