Don&#8217;t, take a cheat day, go out for some junk food, eat what ever you want on that day. It will help keep your moral up and on day a week will not kill you to let loose. In the end it will help you focuses and keep your mental health in check as well, we never want to make our selves depressed or stressed over what we eat. Its a change in life style that we are trying to accomplish, not a short term fix.</p>
