<p>You have often heard about fit guys in the gym doing 100 crunches in one session, but you never hear a professional say that. Why? 100 crunches is a cardio workout. It will burn a lot of calories, but it wont leave behind a nice ripped six pack. A well defined six pack comes from the intensity of the individual movements, If you can do more than 20 reps in any set, you aren’t working your abs hard enough. Time to add some resistance.</p>
